Clara Barton School Addition rezoning
The old Clara Barton school parcels were rezoned to public/institutional use and platted, clearing the way for the Fargo Public Schools' plans for the site. Commissioner Strand cast the lone no vote.
Rezoning at 2506 35th Avenue South (Mehl/First Addition)
Land zoned for multi-dwelling residential will become limited commercial with a conditional overlay, moving toward a first and second reading of the ordinance. Nearby residents may see commercial development where housing was allowed.
RLN Business Park Third Addition rezoning
Industrial land north of the airport was rezoned and platted, opening the way for development including a planned paint building. Part of the site is dedicated to the Southeast Cass Water Resource District for drainage.
