Thunder Road South sidewalk waiver

A truck sales business owner said sidewalks there would be dangerous with semi traffic, mostly homeless people walk the area, and the money is better spent elsewhere.

A Thunder Road co-owner asked whether any safety studies justify the sidewalk and questioned spending city money where almost no one walks.
